Welcome to You&I Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and platform (“Services”) as a Student or Instructor. By accessing or using You&I Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the You&I Academy website and services.
- “Student” refers to any user who enrolls in and participates in courses.
- “Instructor” refers to any user who creates and publishes content/courses on You&I Academy.
- “Content” refers to courses, videos, materials, and other resources provided on the platform.

Student Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
Student Course Access & Usage
- Once you purchase a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- Sharing, reselling, copying, or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.
Refund Policy for Students
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to access or complete a course
- Dissatisfaction with course content
- By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
Student Conduct
- You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
- You will not harass, abuse, or harm other users, instructors, or representatives of You&I Academy.
- Breach of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Instructor Accounts & Obligations
- Instructors are responsible for submitting accurate information during registration.
- Instructors agree to provide original content that they own or have rights to share.
- Instructors are responsible for ensuring their courses are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with You&I Academy standards.
Instructor Revenue & Payouts
- Instructors will earn a commission on each course sold.
- Commission percentages are defined by the Instructor’s chosen membership plan (Starter, Pro, Elite).
- Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe (or another approved method), provided earnings meet the minimum payout threshold (£50 unless otherwise agreed).
- Instructors are responsible for any taxes on their income and for providing accurate payment details.
Instructor Content Ownership & License to You&I Academy
- Instructors retain full ownership of their course content.
- By uploading content, Instructors grant You&I Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, market, and sell the course on the platform.
Instructor Conduct
- Instructors must provide accurate, honest information about their experience and course content.
- Misrepresentation, plagiarism, or unethical behaviour will result in account suspension and/or removal from the platform.
DFY (Done-For-You) Services
- If you opt into Done-For-You services (filming, editing, course creation), You&I Academy will coordinate directly with you on deliverables and timelines.
- Any delays caused by Instructor non-response or failure to provide materials will affect project completion times.
- DFY service fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
- All content on You&I Academy’s website (excluding Instructor course content) is owned by or licensed to You&I Academy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- You&I Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from course participation or earnings from course sales.
- Access to the platform may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or act unlawfully.
Changes to Terms
- You&I Academy may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

Rights & Restrictions

- Members must be at least 18 years of age.
- Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable, and non-sublicenseable right to access that portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase.
- The portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Member as long as the course is maintained by the Company, which will be a minimum of one year after Member’s purchase.
- The videos in the course are provided as a video stream and are not downloadable.
- By agreeing to grant such access, the Company does not obligate itself to maintain the course, or to maintain it in its present form.
