How do I enroll in a course?

Simply browse our [Courses Page], select the course you’re interested in, and click Enroll Now. You’ll be guided through a secure checkout process, and once complete, you’ll gain instant access to your course.

What happens after I enroll?

Once enrolled, you can access your course materials immediately via your personal Student Dashboard. Learn at your own pace from any device.

Do I get lifetime access to the courses I purchase?

Yes. Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access, including any future updates made by the instructor.

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. Upon successful completion of the course and any required quizzes, you’ll automatically receive a Certificate of Completion, which you can download and share.

What is your refund policy?

All course purchases are final and non-refundable.

Can I access my course on mobile devices?

Absolutely. You can access all of your courses from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop, anytime, anywhere.

How do I become an instructor?

Visit our [Become an Instructor Page] and complete the application form. We’ll review your submission and be in touch to discuss the next steps.

Do I need teaching experience to become an instructor?

No formal teaching experience is necessary. We work with professionals of all backgrounds and help guide you through the course creation process.

How much can I earn as an instructor?

You earn a commission on each course sale. Depending on your instructor plan (Starter, Pro, Elite), you can earn up to 95% of each sale. See our [Pricing Page] for full details.

Do I have to create the course content myself?

Not at all! You can use our Done-For-You (DFY) services, where we handle filming, editing, and uploading your course. Alternatively, you can create your own content, and we’ll provide guidance every step of the way.

What equipment do I need to create a course?

If you’re creating your own content, we recommend a smartphone with a good camera, a ring light, and a microphone. We’ll provide tips on setup, or you can choose our DFY option, and we’ll handle everything for you.

How do I get paid? - Can you check this please? Or will I just send via bank transfer like we discussed.

Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe. You’ll need a Stripe account to receive payments directly into your bank account. Earnings reports and statements are accessible in your Instructor Dashboard.

Can I offer multiple courses?

Yes! Depending on your plan:

  • Starter Plan: Up to 3 courses
  • Pro & Elite Plans: Unlimited courses

Is You&I Academy open to instructors worldwide?

Yes. We welcome qualified instructors from anywhere in the world.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted, and payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Read our [Privacy Policy] for more.

Can I switch my instructor plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your Instructor Dashboard, or contact our support team if you need assistance.
